Catch Dog Journal- all you catchdog enthuesis get it now! I think they are running a intro. special: The magazine is written to promote our heritage of hunting, & competing with different breeds of dogs, as our ancestors have done for many generations, in our great country, THE USA. Whether it is hunting wild hogs, deer, fox, coyote, duck, coon, ect. We support it. In modern times, field trials (different types of dogs hunting competitions) have become increasingly popular. Different types of field trials are becoming more IMPORTANT than ever, for the DOGS, to improve their skills at what they love, and what they have been bred for, hundreds of years, HUNTING! We invite any articles on health care of dogs, home remedies, stories of hunting trips, pictures of the big one, new ideas on taking care of dogs, ideas on training, ideas on physical fitness, ect... lets keep the GREAT SPORT of HUNTING with DOGS going, so generations to follow can enjoy it as MUCH as we do! Here is the CDJ Feature Dog profile for March-April: Jamie D's, Jumper a Golden Retriever, 16 years old! "Ole Jumper" sent in by Carol Pearson to the CDJ Let me tell you a story about a Mississippi Hound Who was bought for 5 bucks at the Picayune Pound. A golden retriever, just 3 years old. I named him Jumper, and the story unfolds. Took him to the swamp in the Mississippi Bog, And look what he caught, the world's third largest hog. Well away we go, to the hog trials And when the flag drops, his fans go wild. With a quick catch time of 4.0 He'll always win, don't ya know! Left for dead, when he left the pack. We all lost hope, but Jumper came back. A room full of trophies that he has won But don't frown yet, he's not all done. At the ripe old age of just sixteen A #1 yard dog, hog catching machine. For Jumper and I will always be a pack Cause when danger strikes, he's got my back! So Don't hate the player's, for they're the best Just hate the game and all the rest. From Louisiana to Alabama Ya'll come back now Jamie "hog" Davis & Jumper Dog LINK to CDJ order form: hk9hc.tripod.com/id2.html

First of all this is the first time i have been on this board and its pretty cool, i am from Louisiana and we are dealing with all kinds of pressure from the animal rights aholes that do not understand this sport I want to praise CDJ and another company called TrueWoods for their work to get the Hb1244 bill ammended to exclude us. I will subscrib to CDJ as long as they print issues.

This is a GREAT magazine! I exspecially love the July-August edition, it has a picture of my kids in it! I think it is great how much you all involve the kids! I know my kids LOVE being involved, in hogs & dogs! I suggest, everyone put your order in TODAY, it is WELL worth the small yearly fee! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
