This is the kind of Hog that I would like to see a dog on. what do you guys think, is it catchable? By the way the picture is of Don Matthews while he was in Africa, was one of the kills he had while he was over there. Wouldn't it be great to get one of these bad boys in a catch comp!

He told me the story behind that one. It was pretty funny. Not every one can say they have bagged an African Warthog. Especially with a gun like that at a run. I won't be able to come to the show but I am sending my dog with someone else. Hope yall have a great show and aren't going to be hurt too bad by Jeanne. Take care Jeff T.

That hog might be catchable, but they sure would need to trim those tusks for any catch comps!

A friend of mine killed a wart hog in Africa by hitting it with the blunt side of an axe. I guess the hogs come in to eat out of cattle troughs at night. He just snuck up beside it and whack!
